I support your teams in the design of your products, ensuring alignment with your vision and challenges.

As a Product Owner, I consolidate the various axes that constitute your product vision and rally all your teams around this new direction. I then operationalize the realization of this vision by developing successive steps for feature development, always keeping the user at the heart of the development process.

🎯 My missions?

- Create a roadmap aligned with the product vision.

- Structure the project into several iterations.

- Build a backlog: write clear and understandable user stories describing the features from the end-user's perspective. Prioritize tasks.

- Lead agile ceremonies: closely monitor the development process through all the ceremonies implemented with the technical team.

- Test and question: Test the developed product, gather feedback from stakeholders, and adjust the backlog at the end of each iteration for optimal product evolution.

- Ensure quality: Guarantee the quality of the final product by making it conform to needs and continuously optimizing the realization process.

- Conduct regular monitoring to stay informed about the latest industry and technological trends.

Organized, very curious, autonomous, and with a sense of priorities, I attach great importance to the quality of the work I deliver and to fruitful collaborations.
