Study and modeling of the ECU's operation, including the analysis of requirements provided by Airbus for system modeling. System modeling with Simulink and code integration via Simulink Code Importer, followed by the implementation of a test plan and execution of harness tests. Modeling and integration of all ECU interfaces, validation of the simulation with Airbus simulators, and partial code integration to ensure system compliance. Modeling of ECU interfaces, including discrete inputs/outputs and CAN communication between ECUs, PCMS, and the IMD.

Analysis of needs and specifications with the client, followed by the implementation of suitable communication protocols (SPI, CAN) for interaction with other hardware components. Strict adherence to the battery supplier's documentation, implementation of BMS startup management, relay closure, and charge/discharge limitation based on cell status. Design of a shield using KiCad for Arduino Portenta C33, simulation of the model in Simulink, and generation of software via Simulink Coder. Addition of the MQTT layer to the model to retrieve BMS and inverter information, development of component drivers, implementation of CAN messaging, and execution of unit tests to validate the system's proper functioning.

Reprogramming and re-flashing of software for dashboards, ensuring updated and accurate functionality. Execution of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) validation plans, performance, and stress tests to guarantee software robustness. Optimization of validation plans, development of test automation scripts, and management of manual and automated test benches. Leading the validation team, coordinating tasks, and monitoring validation campaigns to meet quality standards and project objectives.
