- Utilization of planning data to formalize a weekly production plan, sequenced daily

- Updating the production plan at a defined pace based on actual progress

- Leading daily meetings with team leaders, supervisors, and the site director, as well as with the company's supply chain management

- Proposing and managing actions necessary for managing advances/delays implemented by operations

- Managing flow prioritization

- Contributing to the evolution of tools supporting site management

- Managing KPIs to ensure adherence to the production plan

- Proposing and managing improvement actions to reduce any deviations in adhering to the production plan

- Daily management and supervision of a team of Logistics Coordinators (in a warehouse) with the following daily tasks: --->Managing the activity of a logistics warehouse, while ensuring the application of inbound and outbound flow scheduling according to available capacity --->Ensuring the correct transmission of data to warehouses so they can organize shipments under the best possible conditions --->Collecting necessary information for launching logistics operations: number of orders, number of items sold, number of single-item orders, number of suppliers, sales volume (number of pallets), existence of batches, special operations to be performed, etc... --->Analyzing received quantities versus ordered quantities and disseminating the reception report (overview of problems encountered, products to be rejected, brand reliability, delivery time) --->Managing and correcting anomalies reported by the logistics site, then providing an operational sales summary --->Tracking order shipments and alerting in case of risk of delay in package shipping dates, applying an alert prioritization logic --->Controlling stock discrepancies between information systems and physical stocks, then applying corrective actions --->Proposing solutions and areas for improvement to maintain or even reduce supply and logistics processing times --->Measuring the results of each logistics sale and evaluating site performance, sharing KPIs during the weekly meeting

- Drafting and submission of quotes (sales, repairs, exchanges)

- Order issuance and tracking

- Organization of deliveries and tracking throughout the supply chain

- Coordination of various local stakeholders

- Establishment and tracking of invoicing

- Price database update

- Drafting operational instructions and operating procedures

- Participation in quality initiatives and continuous improvement

- Assistance in preparing client meetings
