Development of a complete and customized SaaS solution, designed to meet the specific needs of SMEs. This platform centralizes business operations management through a robust and secure architecture. It integrates advanced user and role management, allowing precise control of access and permissions according to individual responsibilities.

The solution exposes documented REST APIs to facilitate integration with other systems (ERP, CRM, business tools) and ensure interoperability. A dynamic dashboard allows real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) with filters, interactive charts, and personalized statistics, promoting quick and informed decision-making.

To automate time-consuming processes, the platform includes a fully automated document generation module (contracts, invoices, reports), thereby reducing manual errors and optimizing processing times.

Finally, an artificial intelligence layer has been integrated to analyze and interpret business data. It allows for automatic extraction of essential information, detection of anomalies or trends, and proposal of relevant recommendations. This approach increases the added value of the SaaS by helping SMEs save time, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

Creation of a complete web application with the Laravel framework, associated with a secure API for a mobile application. The project was designed to offer a fluid and reliable experience, both on the web and mobile side, while adhering to best practices in security and performance.

The application integrates a robust authentication system (account management, roles, permissions, and session security) allowing users to access a personal space tailored to their profile. Real-time data synchronization between the web and mobile application ensures continuity of use, even on the go, with instant updates of key information.

Particular attention was paid to securing the API (authentication protocols, tokens, encryption of exchanged data) to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data.

The project also included the implementation of a high-performance and scalable infrastructure, optimized for mobile needs (reduced response time, load scaling, monitoring). This architecture guarantees the availability and responsiveness of the solution, even under heavy load.

This development has enabled the creation of a modern and extensible platform, offering users a consistent experience between web and mobile, while meeting current standards for performance and security.
