Industrial Project Manager within the generic division: (Scope: Nigeria, Hungary, Brazil)

- Monitoring of CAPEX and investment plans (3 or 5 year plans)

- Review and improvement of general services (HVAC, purified water loop, ...)

- Steering of the production site extension in Nigeria (Team coordination, budget and schedule management, technical management: civil engineering, utilities, water drainage, security systems, Wi-Fi network, ...)

- Steering of new works/infrastructure projects (Installation of new equipment, Solar panels, creation of a new packaging workshop, ...)

- Steering of Supply Chain projects (Inter-group order management, transfer of production equipment)

- Development of industrial performance (KPI, lean manufacturing)

- Responsible for all establishments in the region on the operational side (6 establishments)

- Translation of the company's strategy into quantified objectives (staff, productivity, OPEX, service quality)

- Participation in the development of the CAPEX budget for establishments and control of budgetary realizations

- Responsible for industrial performance: improvement of the production organization and tools; monitoring of operational indicators (qualitative and quantitative)

- Responsible for operating costs

- Project management > OPEX reduction: Optimization of delivery routes / Reorganization of order picking sectors > Continuous improvement: Redesign of the establishment management KPI dashboard / Review of maintenance and general services processes / Increase in the automation rate of the production tool

- Quality monitoring > Participation in the implementation of quality processes > Preparation of ISO 9001 audits (Region & 2 establishments)
