CONTEXT: Operational training aimed at employees from various business departments at IPSEN, enabling them to design and deploy business AI assistants via Copilot Studio, with the goal of automating tasks and improving internal productivity.

KEY RESULT:

19 employees successfully trained in designing functional AI assistants in Copilot Studio. Participants gained operational autonomy to create business copilots, automate internal interactions, and integrate business data sources.

ACTION:

- Led a training module dedicated to Microsoft Copilot Studio, covering the creation of conversational assistants tailored to business needs.

KEY RESULT: Learners achieved operational mastery of the tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint), validated by the completion of complex final projects. Their profiles are strengthened by the acquisition of best development practices and the use of AI (Copilot).

- Delivered a comprehensive remote module on the Power Platform ecosystem, covering expert use of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

- Coached and mentored a group of 15 learners to ensure technical mastery of the tools and their application to business challenges.

CONTEXT: The company faced increasing complexity in management processes (reservations, contracts, logistics) and the need to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, APIs) for ultra-fast and error-free processing.

KEY RESULT: Design and deployment of a Hyper-Automation architecture based on n8n and AI Agents. This infrastructure enabled complete orchestration of critical processes (reservation and contract management), centralization of operations through API integration, and a 90% reduction in error rates, while providing real-time monitoring via Power BI.
