The Jakarta project consists of transferring the activities of the former DSB from CASA to CACIB. CACIB becomes the Group's commercial and settlement bank, including the regional banks. The current accounts of the Group's entities, opened with CASA, are transferred to CACIB. The IT tools will be decommissioned, and CASA will no longer have its own internal IT solution for payments and account keeping. Account keeping will therefore be handled by CACIB.

Work performed

• Define the Jakarta Program roadmap: scoping, deployment strategy, and governance

• Transversely manage migration and configuration work. Ensure budget monitoring of the Project

• Identify risks, report alerts, and define remediation action plans

• Lead workshops with inter-entity stakeholders (CACIB and CASA): align migration needs and process reliability

• Support the implementation of necessary evolutions of CASA's back-office tools and processes impacted on the streams: . . Capital Market: Acquisition and configuration of BO application SSI

• Transaction banking (LORI NOSTRI): processing, account keeping management, payment and notification message routing rules (SWIFT)

• Finance: accounting scheme and regulatory reporting

• Lead Management Committees, Steering Committees, and Workstream Committees (IT/Business) to coordinate system migration and configuration activities

• Management of IT interfaces, data flows, and synchronization of existing systems with new tools

• Preparation and management of the cutover schedule (go-live)

• Change management: Support business departments in adopting new processes

Deployment of about ten measures recommended by the JST (ECB). The measures focus on compliance with business continuity and IT continuity rules and policies. Some measures relate to crisis management, data restoration, or conducting a data center unavailability exercise.
