• Management of asset operations (responding to tenders, monitoring services and technical providers, managing periodic regulatory checks, monitoring maintenance of technical equipment and safety measures, managing property damage claims for construction all-risk and multi-risk insurance, optimization within the regulatory framework…).

• Development of budgets, financial monitoring and execution (operations/renovations),

• Management of fluid consumption and energy expenses, Building Technical Management (BTM),

• Management of the landlord's interests (deployment of their value enhancement strategy on a technical level, marketing support),

• Ensuring relations with landlords and tenants (management meetings, operations meetings, environmental committees, …)

Drafting leases, contracts, lease renegotiations, site and safety regulations for retail.
