Managed the development of the interface with the payroll tool, Talentia.

Within the SAP HRIS COE of GBS IT, I hold the position of Service Delivery Manager RUN for the strategic application SEZAME, based on SuccessFactors, deployed globally within ENGIE.

I am responsible for the supervision of the SEZAME application and the RUN teams, ensuring optimal user experience and continuous performance.

Main missions & responsibilities:

- Globally supervise the services of the SEZAME application (SAP Successfactors) and its satellites.

- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

- Ensure the processing of incidents and requests while respecting SLAs.

- Monitor and analyze performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities, including RUN processes.

- Guarantee compliance with our suppliers' commitments (integrator Accenture + SAP publisher).

- Lead the L2 team responsible for ticket pre-qualification, campaign preparation, and business support in the roadmap.

- Ensure regular communication with stakeholders and end-users.

- Participate in the definition and implementation of the evolutionary roadmap.

• Eiffage: HRIS support for the interface in Workday and ADP:

- Support HR in mastering the tool for all HR processes: hiring/leaving an employee, contractual changes, Organization Management...

- Incident and blockage management in the interface between Workday and ADP: incident diagnosis until resolution in coordination with Workday Support teams, N3 IT, and AMOA.

- Creation and updating of Workday operating procedures

- Process, escalate, and dispatch service requests and incidents reported by the ADP publisher / HR Administrators (GAP) via Service Now.

- Analyze, diagnose, and dispatch functional anomalies and/or evolution requests.

- Work on continuous improvement for task automation support.

- Participation in weekly RUN follow-up meetings.

• Ministry of Armed Forces: TMA application consultant in the Alliance project:

- Handle support requests via Mantis within the imposed deadlines.

• SNCF: Project manager officer for the RUN part of PeopleSoft in the S3C project (consulting, coordination, and design service):

- Coordination of various stakeholders (Union, SI-MOA, and Service Centers) on PeopleSoft version upgrades (2 per year), management models (2 to 3 per year), and testing environment management.

- Facilitation of workshops and meetings, drafting of minutes.

- Preparation of client management meeting materials.

- Production run control.

- Interface between SI-MOA, the union, and production teams.

- Reporting, action tracking.

- Test tracking.

- Management of the team's SharePoint (capitalization).

- Planner management.

- Planning of the trajectory for 12 / 18 / 36 months.
