At Donos Conseil, I assist clients in optimizing their business processes by integrating and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management). I analyze their operational needs, model appropriate workflows, and implement automations to improve project and IT service management. I also provide user training and functional support to ensure effective adoption of the deployed solutions.

I worked on the analysis and optimization of business processes with a focus on automation and information system integration. I mapped existing processes, identified friction points, and proposed improvements based on BPMN. I led several optimization initiatives covering different operational areas such as document management, contracts, business travel, payments, and IT asset management. I collaborated regularly with business and technical teams to transform operational needs into concrete and usable solutions.
