Implementation of the HR & Payroll module on Odoo:

• Complete configuration of salary structures and management rules (CNSS social contributions, AMO, CIMR, IR, seniority, allowances)

• Adaptation to the organization's HR specificities (classifications, responsibility and representation allowances)

• Training of HR teams in payroll management on Odoo

Implementation of the module &

• Configuration of the Odoo payroll module with adaptation to specific retirement and mutual insurance organizations (RCAR, MGPAP, OMFAM, AMO CNOPS)

• Implementation of HR processes and adaptation to the specificities of personnel status (civil servants / contract staff)

• Change management and user training
