Naomi Busker

I am a marketing all-rounder with experience in both strategic and creative thinking, as well as hands-on experience in copywriting, project management, market research and more.

I thrive with variety and am excited by big challenges. I believe that my varied skillset and passion for problem solving makes me an ideal fit for small charities or start-ups who need a determined all-rounder to deliver results.

Relevant experience:

• Digital producer at Kaliber Interactive. Brands I worked with: KLM, Jumbo, bol.com and more. I managed digital projects and was responsible for planning, communication and stakeholder management.

• Product Moderator at bol.com (2+ years). At bol.com I was responsible for writing and monitoring the platform policy. I researched current trends and legislations and implemented these in our policy, I also communicated our policy to partners. Alongside that I implemented new features on bol.com and worked on making current processes more scalable. I have also managed external teams in my projects.

• Marketing / Communications manager at Rightangled. At Rightangled my core responsibility was for the companies written and verbal communications. I was tasked with developing a fresh tone of voice for the company, this had to be implemented on the website, across social media and all other communication channels.

• Communications consultant at The Mix London. I worked on a project carrying out targeted research analytics for their client Birds Eye. We worked with a focus group. I looked into the results and provided conclusions and advise for a rebranding strategy for the client.

• Online editor at Women's Health Magazine. My key role included researching trends and writing articles for digital and print. I wrote about 6 articles a day. I was also involved in the redesign of the new Womens Health website, which launched in early 2019.
