As part of the migration of correspondent banking activities between two BNP assets, I had the opportunity to participate from the start (scoping) to the production activation of this migration project. My involvement spanned 3 years, including: preliminary study for the implementation of a SWIFT flow routing tool to ensure progressive migration, setting up the run team and structuring the build around an agile delivery method, writing general specifications and user stories, and implementing billing functionalities for banking clients within an agile framework.

As part of the SWIFT ISO20022 migration, SG CIB is migrating all its payments from MT to MX standards, across all market infrastructures and the SWIFT network for the currency.

 Global impact study on the entire affected application scope: payments processing, treasury, reconciliation

 Global needs expression for the migration of each market infrastructure

 Internal roadmap for each migration

 Define contingency solutions for each migration

 Represent SG CIB in CHAPS committees: English infrastructure

 Represent SG CIB in various internal program/project committees

 Coordinate project progress with IT through agile ceremonies

 Establish user test plans, and coordinate interbank tests for TARGET2 and CHAPS

 Deliver training materials on the ISO20022 standard to the entire CIB community: over 300 people trained in FR and EN

Management of SEPA payment implementation projects within a centralized SEPA payment system for SCT and SDD

• Estimate the deployment workload for the solutions to be implemented (using existing resources)

• Take charge of preparing and monitoring the deployment plan

• Monitor the delivery of interfaces from the Payment Engine and/or IPAS

• Monitor the preparation and maintenance of qualification and acceptance environments.

• Perform (or have performed) integration tests, functional acceptance tests, and non-regression tests.

• Functionally analyze problems encountered during integration.

• Ensure follow-up of UATs with international sites (test plans, acceptance, documentation, implementation) and potentially 'penny tests'.

• Organize committees and regular follow-up meetings in English with various stakeholders (users, MOA, implementation teams, configuration teams).

• Documentation (user guides, configuration guides, etc.)

• Main deployments carried out: Portugal, Spain, Austria.
