As part of a migration of the corresponding banking activity between 2 BNP assets, I had the opportunity to participate from the start (scoping) to the production activation of this migration project. My involvement spanned 3 years, including: preliminary study for the implementation of a SWIFT flow routing tool to ensure a progressive migration, setting up the run team and structuring the build around an agile delivery method, writing specifications and user stories, and implementing billing functionalities for banking clients, within an agile framework.

As part of the SWIFT ISO20022 migration, SG CIB must migrate all its payments from MT standard to MX standard, across all market infrastructures and on the SWIFT network for the currency.

 Global impact study on the entire affected application scope: payment processing, treasury, reconciliation

 Global needs expression for the migration of each market infrastructure

 Internal roadmap for each migration

 Define contingency solutions for each migration

 Represent SG CIB in CHAPS committees: English infrastructure

 Represent SG CIB in various internal program/project committees

 Coordinate project progress with IT through agile ceremonies

 Establish user testing plans, and coordinate interbank testing for TARGET2 and CHAPS

 Deliver training materials on ISO20022 standard for the entire CIB community: over 300 people trained in FR and EN

Management of implementation projects related to SEPA payments in a centralized SEPA payment system for SCT and SDD

• Estimate the deployment load of solutions to be implemented (using existing resources)

• Take charge of the preparation and monitoring of the deployment plan

• Monitor the deliveries of the Payment Engine and/or IPAS interfaces

• Monitor the preparation of qualification and acceptance environments and their maintenance.

• Perform (or have performed) integration tests, functional acceptance, non-regression testing.

• Functionally analyze problems encountered during integration.

• Ensure the follow-up of UATs with international sites (test books, acceptance, documentation, implementation) and potentially "penny tests".

• Organize committees and regular follow-up meetings in English with the various stakeholders (users, MOA, implementation teams, configuration team).

• Documentation (user guides, configuration guides, etc.)
