Design and deployment of a complete self-hosted AI agent system for Edifice Group, a property developer in Montpellier, covering 3 business areas.

AREA 1 — Administrative

- SECRETARY Agent: email monitoring, intelligent sorting, draft responses, auto-replies on whitelist, automatic project tree creation (Acquisition, Works, Lot Division, Resale, Legal, Accounting), attachment sorting, morning task summary.

- ACCOUNTANT Agent: supplier/client invoice tracking, reconciliations, deadline alerts, automatic filling of spreadsheets (project pipeline, treasury).

AREA 2 — Legal (3 specialized AI lawyers)

- WORKS & CONSTRUCTION LAWYER Agent: works contracts, ten-year and perfect completion warranties, litigation.

- REAL ESTATE LAWYER Agent: transactions, co-ownership, urban planning, property developer taxation (margin VAT, capital gains).

- SOCIAL & HOSPITALITY LAWYER Agent: labor law, commercial leases, ERP/HACCP standards.

Each agent performs real-time searches on Légifrance, BOFiP, and case law, then generates a structured file (PDF + executive summary + sources). Automated weekly legal watch.

AREA 3 — Visibility & Acquisition

- SOCIAL MEDIA Agent: weekly production of LinkedIn and Instagram posts (before/after storytelling of renovated buildings), approval workflow.

- BUSINESS HUNTING Agent: daily monitoring of LeBonCoin, SeLoger, Bien'ici, and local agencies, filtering by criteria (yield, lots, surface area, neighborhood), daily short-list with potential analysis.

Stack: Paperclip + Claude Code + MCP connectors. Secure Ubuntu 24.04 VPS (UFW, fail2ban, key-based SSH, auto backups, TLS). Runbook documentation delivered.

Paperclip is CyberyWeb's R&D demonstrator: a virtual company entirely driven by orchestrated AI agents.

Technical stack:

Complete automation of purchase order processing for PMA - a building painting company.

I designed and deployed a sophisticated n8n workflow that automates the entire purchase order processing chain for PMA, a company specializing in painting work for social housing providers ACM Habitat and Altemed in Montpellier.

Features developed:

Intelligent email processing: Automatic retrieval of purchase orders from Outlook with advanced filtering (with/without prices, attestations)

AI data extraction: Use of GPT-4 to automatically extract key information (PO number, agency, issuer, items, quantities, prices) from PDFs

Intelligent duplicate management: Automatic checking in Google Sheets to prevent multiple printing

Automated printing: PrintNode integration with detection of printer connection status and retry system

Structured archiving: Automatic backup on OneDrive and Google Drive with standardized naming convention

Automatic sorting: Sorting emails into appropriate Outlook folders based on type

Complete traceability: Consolidation of data in Google Sheets for monitoring and reporting
