Management & strategy

Manage a team of 5 FTEs. Act as an entrepreneur to extend the scope of categories, ensure mission success, and establish efficient governance.

Define group procurement strategy according to the 'Make, Buy, Share' triptych, enabling the reduction of external expenses, risk containment, and the creation of business value. Develop this strategy based on 'local & global' context, internal group studies, TCO, P&L analysis, and sustainability studies. Identify opportunities for intra- and extra-group mutualization (Pooling/ JV/ outsourcing…) then ensure local deployment and application - 14 entities of the group worldwide.

Challenge and support transversal 'functions-entities' in setting up international projects while optimizing their added value ('Costs, Risks, Deadlines, CSR') and improving profitability.

Sourcing & Governance:

Manage strategic multi-entity and multi-partner calls for tenders in accordance with the group procurement charter and respecting regulations (PSEE/ GDPR- EBA/ DORA/Cloud/ SaaS- PaaS- IAD-managed services…).

Lead negotiations and contracting. Manage KSM supplier relations. Track service performance, anticipate challenges, and anticipate supplier and business risks.

Define global internal and external governance (GAM, VPs, stakeholders), interact with group C-Levels, suppliers, and partners.

ATM Community: (more than 70 members Business/ IT/ operations/ security/ Procurement…)

Manage and animate the ATM community, which brings together key participants from BNP Paribas entities across functions and professions. The aim is to coordinate, facilitate, and federate around best practices/innovations/regulations/business value creation through 'ATM Days/ ATM Expert Meetings'. This is key for group strategy deployment and market anticipation.

Prepare and organize Expert Meetings and 'ATM Days' in different countries (Portugal/ Poland/ Morocco/ Italy/ Turkey/ France…)

• Carry out Gap Analysis of targeted processes and functionalities aligned with business requests. The aim is to minimize operational, financial, and technical impacts and improve user experience.

• Develop and validate functional migration strategy within the new integrated information system 'Drive', achieving major milestones while ensuring business continuity.

Project management:

• Develop migration hypotheses and manage business workshops. Coordinate business stakeholders, IT operations, and IT during solution implementation. Communicate progress, schedule, sticking points, and activate escalation processes if needed.

Team Management:

• Manage the 'Transversal Business IS' team and its activities (2 FTEs + offshore team 'India'). Define the function's direction, establish metrics, and monitor activity. Communicate and leverage the function and team's role to beneficiaries. Develop a strategy for simplifying activities ('LEAN' process).

Project management:

• Manage European business projects in accordance with Fastwork methodology. Act as Process Owner during the transition phase between GE and ARVAL (Financial merger / pricing convergence).
