Context: Design and development of a digital photo booth in Flutter allowing the capture of compliant ID photos with integrated payment. Cross-platform Android & iOS application.

Responsibilities & Achievements:

Development of the application in Flutter/Dart with BLoC pattern architecture (flutter_bloc, Cubit). Integration of Google ML Kit Face Detection (google_mlkit_face_detection) for real-time face detection and automatic validation.

Implementation of the Camera plugin with frame optimization, resolution and ratio management for ID photos. Resolution of critical cross-platform compatibility issues (Android/iOS): permission management, camera calibration, orientation.

Performance optimization: camera frame rate, facial detection latency reduction, memory management.

Intuitive UI/UX design with Material Design 3: user guidance, real-time visual feedback, validation animations. Use of Platform Channels for specific native integration (advanced camera settings).
