▸ Deployment from scratch of a production Kubernetes infrastructure: OVH/OpenStack provisioning, network configuration, CI/CD pipeline setup, monitoring, and security.

▸ Design, deployment, and production launch of the BNDMR EDS (clinical data warehouse for rare diseases).

▸ Management of the cloud migration for BaMaRa & BNDMR EDS from an on-premise infrastructure.

▸ Development of a platform for processing biological experiment data — Flask (Python) REST APIs and React/TypeScript front-end.

▸ Design of data models and management of PostgreSQL schema migrations in a context of evolving scientific data.

▸ DevOps responsibilities: CI/CD pipelines, GCP infrastructure configuration and deployment (App Engine, IAM, Cloud Storage), Docker image build and registry, production environment monitoring.

▸ International team work entirely in English, agile methodologies (sprints, code reviews, pair programming).

▸ Application of classification and regression models (scikit-learn) to analytical chemistry data.

▸ Preprocessing, exploratory analysis, and visualization of molecular data (pandas, matplotlib).
