🔧 Maintenance & Redesign of the Pro Platform

- Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the platform allowing professionals to generate and manage their deliveries

- Participation in a complete standardization of business flows, moving from a very "case-by-case" logic to more maintainable and standardized processes

- Close collaboration with product to clarify business rules and reduce functional complexity

🚀 2025 Roadmap – Creation of a New Backoffice

Participation in a structuring project: replacing two historical backoffices with a unified platform accessible to all company teams.

- Contribution to the design and implementation of a centralized backoffice, replacing scattered tools and AppScript scripts

- Development of pages and features corresponding to my squad's scope

- Active contribution to the evolution of the UI Kit (creation and improvement of components + documentation) to ensure consistency and scalability

- Work in collaboration with tech (front, back, product) and product-first teams

- Development of interfaces in React with NextJS

- Creation of an insight platform allowing:

- Visualization of semantic categories on which their campaigns were broadcast

- Estimation of the targets (sites, articles, audiences) they could have reached

- Close collaboration with product and backend teams to transform complex data into clear and actionable interfaces

- Sharing my knowledge of the product and the digital advertising domain with new developers

Integration of the showcase website and development of the Gimbl platform (registration, streamer dashboard, profiles). Creation of a reusable component library to accelerate application development.
