For over a year at Koncrete, a fast-growing startup, I have been supporting the founders on all strategic and operational aspects of the company. I joined when the team had fewer than 10 employees and have participated in its structuring to nearly 30 people today, working on finance, strategy, operations, human resources, and cross-functional projects.

On a daily basis, I manage treasury monitoring, financial and commercial reporting, financial modeling, business plan construction, and performance analysis. I also participated in a €1M fundraising round, the structuring of internal processes, and the management of high-stakes projects for the company's growth.

Thanks to this hands-on experience, I can quickly intervene on various missions: creation of Excel dashboards, automation of reporting, financial modeling, business plan, management control, treasury monitoring, strategic analysis, market research, or process structuring.
