Facilitating workshops for sharing best practices on Zero Waste and Sustainable Mobility topics with employees. Coaching facilitators.

- Creation, facilitation, and monitoring of a roadmap with concrete and low-cost actions, implementing the ecological transition in the town's territory by mobilizing citizen participation, focusing on: mobility, energy renovation, and environment/biodiversity.

- Cross-functional liaison with elected officials, town and agglomeration teams, residents, and associations.

- Mobility Component: Participation in the development of the Local Mobility Plan for CACP and the town, Development of the Administrative Travel Plan, Organization of bicycle repair workshops, Facilitation of the CACP Mobility Challenge for employees, Identification with elected officials and local associations of the needs for cycle paths and necessary infrastructure (racks, vélO2, inflation and repair stations).

- Identification of technical support (Ademe's Bati-SOBRE) and public financial mechanisms (Co-funding, Ademe, IDF Participatory Budget), preparation of grant applications.

- Proposal and collaboration in the design and implementation of eco-citizenship and sustainable practices actions: raising employee and resident awareness of climate issues, organizing and facilitating eco-citizenship weeks, European Week for Waste Reduction, and environment-related events.

- Promotion of local initiatives and associations (participatory projects: Repair Cafés, Bicycle Repair Workshops, citizen clean walks).

Facilitating awareness-raising days in companies for employees on environmental issues, waste collection, single-use plastic, and the citizen science process.
