This project brings together several stakeholders who want an automated and optimized solution for quote validation and work planning processes, while simplifying collaboration in managing service and work requests. Thales, owning the ServiceNow solution hosted on-premise within the ITSM scope, wishes to implement the Strategic Portfolio Management solution for managing requests and projects. This solution aims to replace the complex Excel tracking file covering the management of service and work requests, as well as to minimize email exchanges with various parties.

As part of its transformation program to support global services, Technip Energies sought to optimize its operational costs and improve the employee experience in HR. The objectives were to: Streamline the HR service catalog. Harmonize, simplify, and automate processes. Deploy all common services across different regions as well as country-specific services on the ServiceNow HRSD application for case management, knowledge management, service portal, virtual agent, and reporting. Implementation of onboarding & offboarding processes. The project was conducted primarily in English.
