Genereation is an initiative led by the consulting firm @McKinsey Social Initiative, with the objective of accelerating learning in the most in-demand skills by companies and thus helping them access jobs. It is aimed at young people between 18 and 29 years old. I currently conduct coaching sessions, training, and workshops.
