BlueBearsIT observed that technical and functional IT often conflict, to the detriment of information system quality. We therefore decided to unite them within the same department with the guiding principle: understanding the client's business to then identify a solution adapted to their business and processes.

Responsible for leading and managing the technical team, currently composed of 12 people. Coordination of activities related to IT outsourcing (+40 clients, +700 VMs, +2000 workstations) and technical integration projects (+90 active clients). Project monitoring: +60 per year. Individual monitoring of the technical team's career development - implementation of training plans, objective tracking, etc. Mentoring (or supervision of mentoring) for apprentices or interns. Management of all IT outsourcing client accounts through periodic review/steering committee meetings: tracking key IT outsourcing metrics, tracking administration/operation tasks, tracking improvement projects, budget tracking, tracking application/functional/production needs related to the IS. Management of supplier/service provider relations for BlueBearsIT and for clients where I act as a part-time CIO. Management of hardware/software purchases. Client invoicing tracking. Pre-sales: technical design, requirements gathering, research and proposal of technical solutions, presentation of offers to prospects and clients. Direct management and/or delivery of certain complex projects: Infrastructure: Cloud Migration for MCC LABEL EMEA - 1500 Users - +100 VMs. VMware VSAN Migration for Alpes Isère Habitat +500 Users +130 VMs. VMware VSAN Migration for Ardèche Habitat 100 Users and 40 VMs. Numerous Zimbra/GSuite/Exchange migrations to Office 365: OVE Foundation: 3000 mailboxes. BBM Group: 230 mailboxes. TRANSITIONS PRO ARA: 150 mailboxes. Network/Security: Migration of the European Consulting group's network from MPLS to an FTTO network with Fortigate for perimeter security - 6 sites in France. Implementation of the Microsens switch network for the Grand Hotel Dieu - 100 switches. Management of Datacenter platforms and BlueBearsIT's hosting offering.

Responsible for training on the basic concepts of Microsoft Azure and the functioning of Active Directory in a Microsoft Azure PaaS context.
