Several projects in parallel, teams of up to 35 people, with strong regulatory constraints and significant technical debt. My role: to keep it all manageable and ensure decisions are made based on facts rather than impressions.

Concretely, this looks like this: I build the missing indicators, I challenge supplier quotes, I am the single point of contact between project management, the business, and the technical teams. And when a provider drifts, I show it with numbers before it becomes a problem for management.

On application modernization, I manage end-to-end: scoping, reference environments for the teams, automated testing tools. I also built a custom mapping tool to assess complexity and break down work into coherent batches.

I also designed and deployed a tool for automatic generation of test cases from legacy AngularJS code, on Azure OpenAI. It extracts business rules directly from the source code and covers screen combinations — an approach that convinced both the technical teams and management.

Critical projects always come with a list of technical issues that belong to no one: infrastructure migrations, security audits, certificate renewals, network traffic openings. I take charge of them, coordinate the specialized teams, and ensure they progress at the right pace without weighing down the project.

Member of a team responsible for the full cycle (design → development → CI/CD → publication) of internal web and mobile applications for the BdF, with reinforcements on cross-functional projects.

Mobile and web applications.

Development and publication of the official institutional BdF application (App Store / Play Store). Design and development of SOS Crisis, an application for crisis management and IT system robustness monitoring (dual admin/user interface), and IT System Weather, a real-time dashboard of the BdF applications' status.

Angular Component Library — BdF Graphic Charter.

Development and maintenance of the cross-project Angular component library for all BdF projects: navigation, forms, modals, drag & drop, about a hundred components in total. In-depth work on component flexibility and configurability, and monitoring of Angular version upgrades over the years — a recurring constraint that gave me a deep understanding of breaking changes and migration strategies.

Debt Management Portal

Portal for debt management stakeholders (commission members, courts). Integration of mockups into AngularJS/CSS pages, supporting a predominantly back-end team.

Design and delivery of Angular and React modules (components, routing, state management)

Test methodology module: unit, integration, functional, automated tests — from theory to practice.
