Coupa Risk Assess implementation with several automated processes and multiple external systems for a global air

freight & logistics client.

Achievements:

• Revamped and reorganized advanced flagship program for risk management.

• Successfully implemented and transitioned to operations 13 complex interdependent roadmap items with all

requirements met on time, on quality, and on budget.

• Full program benefits aligned with organization strategy achieved and transitioned to respective owners,

• Repaired and optimized incomplete, broken, and uncompliant system with 100% accuracy.

Delivery Center Lead for the Technology Services Organization (TSO) function in Romania, responsible for the setup and success of the function in the region. Steering 4 subfunctions (implementation, supplier enablement, customer support and customer experience) across engagements in Europe and the USA. Inspiring and coaching our people to grow and develop in an inclusive and productive environment. Responsibilities and achievements:

• Ownership of client engagements and strategic internal initiatives.

• Successfully steered and delivered our client engagements as program, project, and design lead for GEP SMART implementations.

• Committed and focused on developing our people, to improving our processes, and overseeing and delivering our projects in the region with excellence.

• Established the TSO Organization in Romania, with 4 subfunctions.

• Created the TSO Training CoE, including the training framework, dedicated training instances, and initial training sessions.

• Delivered the Partner instances initiative and several specifically created GEP SMART domains.

• Worked to establish several regional partnerships with targeted digital procurement consulting firms.

• Constant collaboration with product management for incremental platform improvements and development of new features.

Focused to grow and empower the team of qualified digital procurement specialists in an inclusive environment. • Established the regional center's Coupa practice.

• Delivery role in an important E2E digital transformation program using Coupa software.

• Oversight of several accounts, managing escalations, and resource allocations

• Designing and implementing E2E digital procurement solutions for our clients, alongside a skillful and dedicated team.

• Regional SME for complex RFPs and unique client requirements for Coupa software implementations.

• Collaborating with member firms to build and deliver the regional projects and client pipeline.
