As a consultant for organizational development and transformation, I support companies, NGOs, and public institutions in structurally anchoring change, culturally sustaining it, and making it sustainably effective. Over 15 years of practice have sharpened my perspective: for systemic contexts, for what truly blocks organizations - and for the difference between well-intentioned processes and those that make a difference.

My background: Graduate in Business Administration (BWL), further training in organizational development, change management, systemic consulting, design thinking, and agile methods, trainer certification for management training. I combine business administration clarity with a systemic-participatory approach.
