At Kelly Agency I provide brand, content and UX/UI strategy services across various clients. My focus is to identify where relevant conversations are happening for these brands and then developing a perspective for them to add true value in those spaces.

Our primary client here is a sporting equipment e-commerce company. We have completed the brand strategy each month I set out the social media and digital marketing plan for design and copy to create.

I am also working with the agency owner to establish her personal brand and how to position her studio as separate from competitors.

At Klingit I was the Development Team Lead, managing the website department of 2 project managers, designers and a small team of developers. Together with the technical lead and team, we delivered exciting work for our clients.

My background in design and front-end development allowed me to manage the. creative and development output effectively and look for way to optimise and streamline to improve our margins.

I was also involved with clients at the start of each project to define the purpose of their new website, so our team was building with strategy and intention and of course, towards the client's vision.

My focus is on building brand-led ecosystems where positioning, messaging, and content align in a structured system to scale as the business grows.

Over the past 2 years, I was focused on the business side of the agency. While I enjoyed it immensely, I am back in the creative strategy seat, but now empowered with greater business understanding and what it takes to keep a large team motivated and on -task.

This is one of the great challenges of a start up, to keep the purity of the idea while scaling.
