Nadia Altenpohl

As a leader and co-creator of solutions for corporate training and organizational development, I have spent over 15 years addressing the question of how to make the working world a little better, so that people want to and can contribute fully.

People want to belong – this is one of our fundamental psychological needs. My vision is that employees find diverse, equitable, and inclusive work environments characterized by psychological safety, trust, and respect. Numerous studies conducted worldwide prove that diverse and inclusively led organizations are more successful. I firmly believe that a working world that lives these principles boosts economic performance, increases employee (life) satisfaction, and frees companies from hidden costs arising from homogeneity, exclusion, and discrimination.

Acknowledging each individual, exploring resources, joyfully learning new things again and again, and sharing knowledge are aspects of my value system. I continuously develop my skills as a diversity consultant and trainer; most recently as a DE&I Strategist at the renowned Cambridge University Judge Business School.
