As a self-employed freelance BIM consultant specializing in MEP, I provide comprehensive building information modeling services using tools like Revit. I manage the modeling, coordination, and optimization of MEP systems for a variety of clients, from small businesses to large construction groups. Project for the 520-bed Military University Hospital of Staoueli, Phases (ESQ, APS, APD, EXE)

1- Modeling of Medical Fluid Networks, Pneumatic, HVAC Hydraulic Networks, and PLB (Sanitary) drainage networks. (520-bed Hospital Block, University Block, 1000-space Parking, 500-space Parking, Energy Block).

2- Development of solutions for pre-synthesis and synthesis.

3- Creation of HVAC, Medical Gas, Firefighting, and Medical Equipment families.

4- Creation of information visualization models using Power BI.

End-of-study internship at CSCEC Algeria, Project for the 520-bed Military University Hospital of Staoueli, where I worked closely with a team of talented and experienced engineers using the BIM process. I participated in:

1- Modeling and creation of BIM models (Structure, MEP) for the 17 blocks of the Protection and Support Group of the 520-bed Military University Hospital of Staoueli.

2- Study, Modeling, and multidisciplinary coordination of a 5-story building + basement (R+5+SS) for my final study project.

I also participated in internal and external project meetings, which allowed me to understand client requirements and contribute to problem-solving and the resolution of outstanding issues.
