My 13 years of experience in supporting digital transformation projects have allowed me to acquire solid skills, positioning me today as the functional, operational and relational interface between business teams and technical teams.
As a Product Owner and Business Analyst, I have successfully carried out various and multi-sector digital projects, both from scratch and in evolutionary maintenance, with or without software package, and often on an international scale. These projects have covered areas such as CRM, e-commerce, institutional and event platforms, as well as sustainable development.
My career has been enriched by my collaborations with major accounts, where I have integrated approaches that are close to my heart: agility in the sense of adaptability, in-depth analysis, and a user-centric approach. These practices have allowed me to respond effectively to the strategic, operational and technical challenges of the projects to which I contribute.
In parallel, in order to give more meaning to my vision of IT, I am developing a role of supporting organizations towards digital sobriety. This translates into the integration of environmentally friendly practices in digital projects, the promotion of eco-design, as well as the optimization of resources to reduce the ecological footprint of the solutions deployed. I am convinced that responsible digital technology is an essential approach to combining technological performance and social responsibility.
