My name is Nadège, I am passionate about human relations, professions, and professional training.

Starting from a commercial and accounting background, my successive experiences led me to resume my studies to obtain my GRH (Human Resources Management) license through VAE (Validation of Acquired Experience) and thus confirm the skills I learned autonomously in Human Resources.

With over 20 years of experience, I have helped employees to evolve within the company and to become actors in their professional and personal journey.

I have contributed to better structuring professional fields, creating synergies between employees and departments, to improve their performance and the company's productivity.

I have advised and supported managers in their communication to work better together.

I have managed skills development plans to organize the human, technical, and behavioral dimensions, in order to ensure and develop activities.

I had the idea to bring these two areas together to have a greater scope of action on well-being at work.
