Management of various reporting projects within the IT department for different TDF Business Units (Audiovisual and Radio BU, Operations Pole, Towerco):

QuickWin Project: Monthly reporting for TDF sales representatives, aimed at evaluating the quality of service provided by TDF to its clients: number of incidents, duration and causes of outages, availability rate, GTR maintenance, etc.

BAR Dashboard Project: Weekly dashboard for management to evaluate BU activity: first-contact resolution rate, cost of field interventions, communication cost per incident, responsiveness to urgent requests from Premium clients, etc.

Scorecard Project: Migration and redesign of reporting for the Operations Pole users, previously scattered across different BO documents, consolidated into a single SAC dashboard.

Tasks performed:

• Facilitation of workshops with business teams for requirements gathering

• Creation and planning of monthly reports for sales representatives on the quality of service provided by TDF to its clients

Creation of various data migration interfaces (HR, Payroll, Inventory...) as part of a major project to centralize and unify ERPs from all entities worldwide to S/4 Hana.

Interfaces created:

WorkDay ADP Interface: This is an HR data migration interface from the WorkDay system to the ADP system. The process is based on:

• Extraction of a PICOF (.xml) file from WorkDay's SFTP via a PowerShell script

• Loading the file content into primary tables (SQL Server database)

• Generation of 3 types of output files from the final tables and uploading these files to ADP's SFTP via a PowerShell script.

DENYS Interface: This is a legal entity data migration interface from the Legisway system to the Quantum system. The process involves the following phases:

• Extract the invoice from the Egencia server

• Load the data into the JDE database

Payroll Interfaces: 28 payment management interfaces: processing GL files for 28 entities in different countries (France, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Greece, Finland, England, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Bahrain). These interfaces are managed with almost the same logic:

• Creation of alerts for the success or failure of the operation

SEPA Interfaces: 9 bank file management interfaces: transfer of bank files for 9 entities in different countries (Italy, Finland, Netherlands, Bahrain). These interfaces ensure a simple transfer of bank files:

• Retrieval of the entity's bank file via a PowerShell script from an SFTP

• Production deployment and Post Go-Live support
