Participation in the implementation of various EPM tools for the management controllers of large international groups.

Within the Clarins Finance team, participation in the management of the "Purchase to Pay" process.

• Implementation of reporting for monitoring and following up with operational staff.

• Support and training of users on the new tool / Analysis of gross costs.

• Redesign of gross cost analysis reports / Participation in monthly closing through the clearance of unbilled invoices and the calculation of provisions.

• Participation in the production of monthly consolidated data and budget phases.

• Reconciliation of inter-company transactions.

• Administration of the HFM consolidation tool and Viareport.

• Management of the HFM environment (opening phases, loading rates, locking).

• Creation of quarterly and HC reports, closing of periods.
