Responsible for quality assurance, I support "from scratch" the construction of the offer of a new player in the digital banking market on mobile.

• Testing of new integrated features:

- Writing test cases on Jira Confluence and XRAY by analyzing User Stories

- Testing new features on various environments (Dev, Test, Preprod, Prod)

- Validation of new integrated features following the execution of the functional test plan

- Tests carried out on a fleet of 8 mobiles (4 iOS, 4 Android)

• Non-regression testing

- Writing and execution of functional test plan

- Delivery of the GO/NO GO report on Preprod and Prod before Alpha and Beta release

- Exploratory tests on the existing functional scope

- Integration tests of new features on the existing scope

- Side effect tests following modifications with impact on Frontend/Backend

- Presentation of functionalities, prioritization of features to be automated with the Automation Tester and participation in the writing of certain automated front and back test cases.

• Anomaly reporting

- Raising anomaly tickets via Jira

- Analysis of logs and root cause via proxy

- Animation of a weekly point of presentation of anomalies observed with the Products owners concerned

- Management of the prioritization of impacts and correction of anomalies with the Products owners

• JIRA QA board management

- Management of the anomaly backlog (in progress / obsolete)

- Management of the follow-up of anomaly tickets with developers

- Management of ticket tracking on different environments (Dev /Preprod /Prod)

- Presentation to the teams of anomaly statistics (raised/ in progress/ blocked/ resolved)

• Agile project monitoring

- Participation in the stand-up daily meeting

- Participation in build follow-up meeting

- Participation in run follow-up meeting

- Participation in Backlog Refinement and Sprint planning

- Participation in Sprint Demo and retro

• Support to beta testers via Instabug

Mission:

- Testing the design and implementation of a full Web solution for tax processing and risk management of large groups of the Cac 40 (Renault, Vinci, Saint-Gobain, CAsa…)

Testing:

- Development of test strategies, application of tests on all modules of the project.

- Use of tests: Manual and automatic, System and acceptance, Non-regression and confirmation, Maintenance and load, UX UI, Smoke test, Experience (exploratory, estimation, checklist), Static.

- Test lead on major project features (CBCR, Application administration, security)

- Anomaly management: Bug backlog management, prioritization.

Creation of user license keys via Access, management of administrator rights.

TMA: maintenance of web and Windows version software

- Evolutions: static analysis of specifications and user stories, testing of developed functionalities

Change management:

- Participation in the digital transformation of the application

- E-learning training for application distribution partners on the Spanish market

- Writing training documents for the use of application modules.

Piloting:

- Production launch of web and Windows versions in Saas

- Level 2 user support and ticket management.

Mission 1:

- Testing the migration of the solution to IE 11 following the end of Windows security support on IE 9 and IE 10 versions.

• Tests:

- Establishing the calendar and test objectives.

- Implementation, execution and analysis of ICS tests for the migration of the solution to IE 11 following the end of Windows security support on IE 9 and IE 10 versions.

- Writing the test plan for validation (approach, planning, test target...)

- Writing and executing test cases on Quality Center.

- Anomaly management and prioritization.

- Daily meeting between quality and development for monitoring and resolution of blocking points.

- Production of progress reports for project management.

- Writing of the acceptance report for the conformity of the tested element and the validation of the objective.

Mission 2:

- Daily management of the SAP BFC and ICS application for the collection of balance sheet information and group results.

Piloting:

- Preparation of accounting closings.

- Monitoring and piloting of accounting closings.

- Control and processing of published packages.

- Management of encountered anomalies.

- Level 1 user support for various stakeholders (financial management, project management, French or foreign users).

- Updating the 290 incoming and outgoing entities of the group scope.

Change management:

- Updating the closing task manual.

- Creation of the tool introduction manual.

- Participation in the development of the service's SharePoint.
