I work helping investors, funds, and operators to transform real estate assets into truly profitable projects, identifying opportunities that are not obvious and taking them to execution from start to finish. I like to be involved in the entire process and create real value, especially through the repositioning of assets in models such as PBSA, tourist apartments, hotels, coliving, flex-living, or medium-term stays.

Among the projects that best represent me is the development of the largest PBSA in Valladolid, a complex of over 400 rooms with a prime retail base, parking, and an integrated hotel.
