Certified Executive Coach by HEC, my work aims to bring value to organizations and their members. Coaching is a key lever in this regard.

In group coaching, I support teams of managers on their challenges: building the collective, team building, defining a managerial project, activity steering, aligning members on a common project, preparing for transformations, leading transformations…

In individual coaching, I support you in taking on new roles and/or responsibilities, evolving your managerial posture, positioning yourself with your team, self-affirmation, interpersonal communication, accompanying transformations…

I contribute to the development of the people I coach, empowering them to thrive, align with their deep aspirations, draw on their resources, find more serenity, confidence, and energy to achieve their goals, and reveal their potential for the benefit of their company.

To support managers-leaders and teams in their performance and transformations, I draw on my years of experience in companies, SMEs, and large international groups, in individual and team coaching, communication, and consulting (organization and management). I have worked for various sectors (energy, telecom, tourism, culture), for different professions (R&D, innovation, production, engineering, purchasing,…) in multiple contexts (transformation, reorganization, crisis, international…).

I base my practice on listening, understanding the need and the context (systemic), as well as trust and confidentiality. And on my desire to contribute to smoother, more enriching, and fulfilling collaborations.
