Responsible for implementing a performance testing strategy and improving the Observability at BforBank (online bank affiliated with Crédit Agricole). My mission as a project manager and lead of a team of "Performance" engineers and APM experts is to secure the future service launch of the bank's new mobile and web platform, as well as the BforBank internal portal:

● Plan and organize performance tests to ensure applications and systems are performant and reliable.

● Define a performance testing strategy that takes into account company objectives and project requirements, and ensure tests are consistent with the future production load model.

● Ensure the implemented monitoring and observability model covers and secures the bank's critical services (Dynatrace APM, Grafana / Prometheus).

● Lead and supervise the performance testing team, and work closely with other project managers and engineers to ensure performance tests are conducted efficiently and effectively.

● Manage deadlines and budgets rigorously.

Responsible for the proper execution of performance testing and application audits, I manage a team of "Performance" engineers as a Delivery Manager and ensure the follow-up and smooth running of associated technical services, as well as regular client reporting:

● Lead kick-off meetings for performance testing and technical audit services.

● Support clients in understanding their needs and scope.

● Budgeting and writing proposals for support services.

● Project assignment and resource monitoring.

● Writing/validation of test plans.

● Writing/validation of test strategies.

● Monitoring the progress of performance tests and audits.

● Leading technical/functional workshops during service delivery.

● Writing/validation of final test and audit reports.

● Leading meetings to present results.

● Assist the client in writing the expression of need.

● Validate the expression of need.

● Define test plans and strategies.

● Conduct performance test campaigns.

● Analyze results (web page metrics, server metrics, error management).

● Present and implement recommendations.
