At HustleUp, a B2B SaaS platform for fitness professionals, I serve as the Product Owner, responsible for end-to-end product roadmap management.

I collaborate closely with the tech and design teams to transform user needs into high-value features. I prioritize the backlog, facilitate agile rituals (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives), and ensure every delivery aligns with the product vision and business objectives.

My daily tasks include gathering and analyzing customer feedback, writing clear and actionable user stories, and embodying the user's voice in all product decisions.

Consulting management for strategic accounts (FR/EN), with comprehensive client support in their digital and data transformation. Management of complex projects involving digital solutions redesign, media activations, and data structuring (implementation of Looker dashboards, data warehouse and data quality issues). Coordination of expertise (data analysts, developers, UX, tracking, media) and team management in agile mode. Full operational monitoring: planning, budget, resource allocation (float), project reporting (COPROJ) and strategic reporting (COPIL). Responsible for P&L, invoicing, and profitability monitoring. Key contact for business and data challenges, with an active role in business development and client relations.
