Rocapine is a company in the digital well-being sector, aiming to develop large-scale health & well-being applications, inspired by the iterative model of the mobile gaming industry.

The company has several projects launched independently or with partner studios and tens of thousands of cumulative users. It relies on generative artificial intelligence to offer hyper-personalized experiences.

I joined one of Rocapine's product teams to participate in the design and development of applications.

The team consisted of:

- 1 Product Manager

- 1 Designer

- 1 Developer (myself)

As a React Native developer, my responsibilities included:

- The complete development of the applications

- Setting up the technical architecture for the projects

- Integrating generative AI features for content personalization

- Rapid deployment of successive iterations to test product hypotheses

- Close collaboration with the Product Manager to adjust the roadmap

- Technical documentation

I contributed to the delivery of 6 applications, tested by several thousand users, with an average development time of 3 to 6 weeks per app.

Recense’Anim is a placement agency specializing in the field of animation.

The company aims to facilitate the connection between qualified animators and employers seeking talent for various events.

It collaborates with numerous centers, local authorities, and companies throughout France, positioning itself as an innovative player in the sector.

I joined Recense’Anim to develop the MVP of the mobile application for connecting animators and employers, and to create the company's website.

The project team consisted of:

- 1 PO / Business Manager (the founder)

- 1 Developer (myself)

As a React Native developer, my responsibilities included:

- Designing and developing a mobile application to connect animators and employers for urgent replacements

- Integrating a matching algorithm based on geolocation and animator availability

- Implementing a real-time notification system (OneSignal)

- Creating a fluid and intuitive user interface for mobile

- Developing a custom showcase website in React and Next.js, to present the company's services and facilitate contact

- Managing deployment and hosting

The MVP allowed Recense’Anim to validate its market hypotheses with a panel of a hundred test users.

Train’Her is a 100% female digital platform that aims to connect sports coaches with an exclusively female clientele for personalized coaching sessions, in person or remotely.

It aims to provide a safe, inclusive environment tailored to the needs of women who wish to engage in supervised physical activity.

I was commissioned to design and develop, alone, the MVP of Train’Her's web application.

The goal was to quickly test the coach-client connection model through a fluid, responsive, and easy-to-use platform.

As a developer, my responsibilities included:

- Creating the MVP of the web platform with React and Next.js

- Developing a search engine for sports coaches with filters (location, disciplines, available slots)

- Integrating a secure payment system via Stripe

- Developing an internal messaging system for coach/client communication

- Managing user profiles, coach accounts, session creation, and scheduling

- Technical architecture, deployment, and hosting of the platform
