As Project Director, I ensure:

• the smooth running of projects in accordance with international PMP/PMI standards

• mastery of planning, execution, monitoring, and control of the schedule, budget, and quality

• risk management

• transverse coordination of internal and external teams

• multi-channel communication plan

As Contract Manager, I ensure:

• overall management of contracting

• identification and coordination of contract contributors

• drafting of operational annexes (schedule, scope, ...), annexes relating to hardware and services provided, and the associated KPI, SLA, and penalty annex

• facilitation of meetings and workshops, scoping, management of difficult issues, arbitration, and communication

Post-contract signature, I then ensure:

• monitoring of the proper execution of the contract and commitments made

• budget and invoicing monitoring

• monitoring of monthly indicators and calculation of any penalties

• monitoring of legal procedures in case of crisis
