I also forward any customer inquiries to the relevant stores and ensure prompt responses to clients, guaranteeing efficient and responsive follow-up. Every post adheres to the brand guidelines and is designed to maximize visibility and engagement.

I manage BEMEAL's Instagram page by writing daily posts and creating visuals on Canva, moderating comments and private messages. I oversee partnerships with content creators and organize contests, ensuring precise follow-up with clients and collaborations.
