For 5 years, I have developed a know-how to find solutions and build sustainable projects starting from a blank page.
My method: co-construct with stakeholders in a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach.
The ecological and social challenges we face today are complex, often unprecedented, and lead to finding new solutions to transition to a more resilient, inclusive, and sustainable world.
Today, I support transition projects in 3 ways:
- support for the study of needs, and the feasibility of projects
- support for the emergence of projects, via the facilitation of collective intelligence creativity workshops (design thinking approach, brainstorming workshop, etc.)
- support for the structuring of projects: mission, vision, storytelling, economic models and partnerships
