Myriam Nectoux

For over 25 years, I have been working in the Human Resources field.

As an HR project specialist, my mastery of operational constraints makes me an ally for field operators.

I have managed multiple HR projects such as:

- The implementation of an "active listening" management project to reduce workplace accidents

- The deployment of an HRIS

- The creation of an HR department

- The implementation of new working time models

- The organizational transformation of the company

- The implementation of new activities

- The creation of skills frameworks and job descriptions

- The implementation of collaborative workshops to resolve conflicts

On a daily basis, I support and train managers of VSEs/SMEs, HR managers, and teams on topics related to work organization, working time, compensation policies, employee skill development, and employer branding.

My daily tasks:

• Analyze client needs and operational constraints

• Study the legal and regulatory context

• Develop and propose a work methodology and action plans

• Lead training sessions and workshops

• Manage projects

• Evaluate project success and propose new directions and/or improvements to existing methodologies

In parallel, I teach compensation to fifth-year students at the EMD Business School in Marseille, which specializes in integrating ethics, conscience, responsibility, justice, and service into its teaching.

I am convinced that the key to success lies in a non-hierarchical way of working where people pool their creativity and skills to achieve a common goal.
