Business Analyst with several years of experience in consulting at Accenture, I support companies in their transformation and business process optimization projects, particularly around ERP, Finance, and Travel & Expenses environments.

My role is to bridge the gap between business and technical teams to transform complex needs into concrete and actionable solutions. I intervene at various stages of projects: scoping, requirements gathering, business workshop facilitation, functional specification writing, gap analysis, functional coordination, testing, and stabilization.

Throughout my assignments, I have worked on several international projects for major groups and public organizations.

I contributed to the implementation of a global ERP for a world leader in luxury, deployed in Europe, the United States, and Asia, with a focus on Finance and Travel & Expenses processes.

I also participated in the deployment of a Travel & Expenses solution for an international agri-food group in several Asia-Pacific countries: Thailand, Indonesia, New Zealand, and Australia.

As part of an ERP program for a company in the aerospace and defense sector, I worked on optimizing Finance processes and on writing user guides and functional documentation.

These assignments have led me to work with major players such as LVMH, Danone, Airbus, and the Ministry of Armed Forces.

Structured and solution-oriented, I strive to produce clear documentation to secure projects and facilitate decision-making.
