Daily exchanges with the network, regional managers to adjust my procurement and sales strategy. Optimization of the availability of bestsellers, and analysis of the consistency of outgoing stock.

Management and analysis of KPIs to track performance and stock levels (service rate, coverage, average sales...). Development and implementation of effective inventory control systems to track procurement and minimize residual stock. Manage procurement and ensure product availability according to the planning schedule. Coordinate specific stock requests (Marketing, Communication, Wholesale, New openings...). Regularly review the performance and stock levels of all stores. Daily collaboration with the purchasing team. Anticipation of pushes for events in each store (Cannes Film Festival, Milan Motor Show...). Management, organization, and analysis of weekly and annual rolling inventory. Development of the entire retail network's assortment. Implementation of analysis files and continuous improvement processes.
