In November 2021, I decided to create my association in response to a clear need in this sector in Mayotte.

The association aims to provide the inhabitants of Mayotte with a projection into the future by implementing educational and social actions.

In this context, the objectives are:

- Organization of projects related to sports and health.

- Fight against unemployment, illiteracy, and school difficulties through actions focused on training, employment, and the economy.

- Defense of major social causes such as equality between men and women, children's rights, the fight against discrimination...

- Promotion of social cohesion, solidarity, and intergenerational links in all its actions.

The association also works for the development of its territory through actions at departmental, regional, and European levels. In this context, the objectives are:

- Implementation of environmental actions on land, sea, and coastlines.

- Organization of tourist activities to promote the attractiveness of our territory and enhance our culture and heritage.

- Contribution to territorial development.

As Director, I am responsible for seeking funding for my association, presenting projects, and then managing the project from conception to completion, relying on employees, volunteers, interns, and local public and private partners. I manage the structure's finances throughout the project and for the final report.

Recruit and place candidates in permanent positions in various sectors, both public and private. Specializing in recruiting highly qualified profiles: specialized technicians, managers, experts, senior executives... Advise and support clients in their HR needs. Inform and support candidates in their recruitment process and relocation if necessary. Indian Ocean area, mainly in Mayotte.

At the temporary employment agency API Jobs solution, I was responsible for:

- Managing the recruitment process from candidate search to placement in a company

- Temporary and permanent recruitment

- Commercial follow-up, company and site visits

- Negotiating commercial agreements with new clients.

- Managing unforeseen issues
