Work psychologist, I began my professional life as Human Resources Manager in an airline catering company of 1000 employees. For 12 years, I was responsible for recruiting managerial and administrative staff, internal mobility, and training. This rich and varied experience allowed me to acquire a good knowledge of the company and expertise in recruitment, evaluation, and training.
