Optimization of our presence by combining a stand, a 500 m² Hospitality Suite, the holding of 9 strategic customer events (technical seminars / product launches) which generated 224 customer meetings, 800 participants at our events, 1600 visitors on the stand.Use of Salesforce CRM during the implementation of events: invitations and interactions with our customers via emarketing campaigns. Result: involvement of the sales force upstream of the event, real-time monitoring, a unique tool, a history of post-event data.Management of project reviews, from the definition of the offer to on-site assembly, guaranteeing the commitment of cross-business stakeholders, essential to the success of the event.Development and management of the budget and the Event Plan, by setting up a “classification” process for projects, in order to optimize our participation in events.
