FINALCAD is a gem of French Tech, developing web and mobile tools to simplify life on infrastructure and construction sites. One of the particularities of this position was that I was working remotely and managing an international team of developers and product managers from a distance.

• Management of FINALCAD's mobile products (iOS, Android, Windows) with the aim of digitizing the world of construction and infrastructure (energy, roads): market needs analysis, creation of personas and "user stories", preparation of kick-offs, writing functional specifications, monitoring development, testing products and push to Google Play and Apple Store.

• Creation of a new product (FINALCAD Live) - used as a logbook for the infrastructure market.

• Implementation and ritualization of agile management through the setup of bi-weekly sprints with retrospectives. Organization of brainstorming sessions: remotely using "design thinking" techniques; on-site with a 2-day event using Google Ventures' techniques.
