Since 2023, as Supply Chain IT Solutions Manager at ANDROS, I define and implement the Supply Chain IT strategy in collaboration with business departments, focusing on sales forecasting, production planning, DRP, and S&OP solutions.

I lead application projects, from scoping to adoption, coordinating internal and external teams, while overseeing the budget and resources. I am also responsible for maintaining the operational condition of already deployed solutions.

These initiatives have strengthened the stability and availability of critical applications, improved the quality and reliability of data exchanged between systems, and ensured better integration between ERP and APS. I also contributed to accelerating user adoption of the tools by implementing effective support and assistance processes.

For 12 years at Dassault Systèmes, I progressed from consultant to senior manager within the Supply Chain & Planning Operations practice, supporting international clients in the deployment of the DELMIA Ortems (APS) solution.

I led complex planning and scheduling projects, from the scoping phase to adoption, ensuring the customization of solutions to meet business needs. I also contributed to pre-sales phases through demonstrations, workshops, and proposal validations, enhancing the offering's added value.

In parallel, I managed and developed a team of consultants and architects, overseeing recruitment, coaching, and performance management. Finally, I worked directly with Supply Chain management to define transformation roadmaps.

These missions resulted in reducing planning cycles by 15% to 30%, improving service levels by up to 10%, and optimizing the utilization of production capacities.
